Lakewood, CO — Himmelman Construction (Himmelman) is proud to announce its collaboration with St. Vrain Valley Schools on the upcoming Thunder Valley K-8 School Improvements Project. Serving as Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), Himmelman will begin construction in the Summer of 2026, partnering with Ford Architects.
The project will encompass a range of enhancements across the campus, including site modifications and significant architectural renovations. Planned improvements include updates to the Library Media Center (LMC) and Commons area, Media Labs, Special Education suite, and a portion of the locker rooms. Mechanical system upgrades will also be incorporated to support long-term efficiency and performance.
With a history of delivering successful education projects across Colorado, Himmelman Construction is honored to support St. Vrain Valley Schools in creating improved learning environments that better serve both students and staff.
