Lakewood, CO – Himmelman Construction (Himmelman) is honored to announce its continued partnership with Bergen Park Church in Evergreen, Colorado, serving as General Contractor for a new addition to the existing facility. Having originally built the church in 2014, Himmelman is thrilled to collaborate with the congregation once again, this time alongside Root Architecture and Development, LLC, to support the church’s growing ministry needs.
The approximately 7,700-square-foot addition will feature a flexible multi-purpose space, new church offices, and an open-format youth room located above the office suite. The project is designed to utilize a pre-fabricated steel building system for the main structure, with the fabricator supplying the building envelope, structural drawings, and engineering details.
With deep roots in Colorado’s mountain communities, Himmelman Construction’s leadership is driven by a passion for building in these unique environments. The Bergen Park Church expansion represents another opportunity to deliver thoughtful, lasting spaces that enrich local congregations and the communities they serve.
Construction is scheduled to begin soon, with the new facilities set to enhance worship, outreach, and youth programming for years to come.
