Lakewood, CO — Himmelman Construction (Himmelman) is excited to announce its collaboration with 3rd Shot Pickleball on the development of a brand-new indoor pickleball facility in Sheridan, Colorado. The project will feature 16 state-of-the-art courts designed to serve both competitive players and recreational enthusiasts alike.
This project marks Himmelman’s first partnership with CLAD Architecture + Design, who will lead the facility’s design. Together, the team aims to deliver a premier destination for one of the nation’s fastest-growing sports.
Once completed, the facility will offer a vibrant hub for leagues, tournaments, training, and community events—advancing 3rd Shot Pickleball’s mission to create inclusive spaces where players of all ages and skill levels can connect, compete, and thrive.
Himmelman Construction looks forward to helping bring another exceptional pickleball venue to life and supporting the continued growth of the sport across Colorado.
