Lakewood, CO — Himmelman Construction is proud to celebrate the completion of the Sacramento Creek Ranch educational facility in partnership with Mountain Area Land Trust (MALT) and Adragna Architecture + Development.
This project transformed an existing barn into a flexible, year-round learning space for students, educators, and the Park County community. While barn conversions are common, repurposing one into a fully functional educational facility is far less typical—making this a truly unique project.
The ribbon cutting marks an exciting milestone and the beginning of a space dedicated to hands-on learning, environmental programming, and community connection.
We’re grateful to be part of a project that will make a lasting impact in the High Rockies region.
