Himmelman completed a full site demolition and renovation of the student drop-off area and playground, transforming the space to enhance safety, functionality, and aesthetics. The project included the installation of a stormwater detention vault beneath the new playground, a poured-in-place (PIP) safety surface, all-new playground equipment, artificial turf, and perimeter fencing. Along the side of the school, Himmelman added a new basketball play area and shade structures to increase outdoor activity space. In the student pickup zone, concrete seating feature walls were constructed to provide a safe and comfortable waiting area for students.
