Spanning 2 acres and 30,000 square feet across three stories, this innovative mountain hospitality project creatively integrates 16 recycled shipping containers into a traditional steel and metal stud frame—demonstrating both sustainability and architectural ingenuity.

The Pad features a mix of dormitory-style rooms, private rooms, micro rooms, and individual hostel-style bed rentals, catering to a range of travelers and budgets. Designed for year-round visitors—especially skiers and outdoor enthusiasts—the property emphasizes affordable comfort and fosters community through communal areas that encourage guest interaction.
