Stephen Baril

Superintendent

Stephen Baril began his career in the construction industry with a focus on installing fire suppression systems, which sparked his interest in furthering his education. He subsequently worked as a Sewer Maintenance One for the City of Santa Monica, gaining valuable experience. After relocating to Denver, he contributed to various school construction projects.

Following his mother’s illness, Stephen moved to Austin to care for her, during which time he worked at Brew & Que on Lake Travis and assisted his brother with renovations at an auto repair shop. After his mother’s passing, Stephen refocused on his education, earning a bachelor’s degree from Regis University.

The challenges of the pandemic led Stephen to reconnect with his close friend Eric Kriebel, who offered him an opportunity at Himmelman Construction. Stephen now serves as a Superintendent, where he applies his diverse skill set and commitment to excellence in managing construction projects.
