Ryan Hevener

Sr Superintendent

Ryan moved to Colorado from Virginia in 2006, where he had worked as a gang form carpenter for a concrete company. After applying at Himmelman Construction, he was offered a position as an assistant superintendent in Edwards, Colorado. Over three years, he developed expertise in construction sequencing, quality control, safety, and learned from subcontractors on a variety of projects, from tenant finishes to ground-up builds.

His first project as a superintendent was a successful tenant church project in Breckenridge. Since then, Ryan has managed numerous projects for Himmelman Construction and has been with the company for over 20 years. He feels fortunate to be part of a company known for its strong family values and loyalty to its employees.

Fun Fact: He has always wanted to go skydiving.

Outside of work: Ryan enjoys spending time with family, especially playing baseball with his son. He is also an avid outdoorsman, with hobbies that include camping, fishing, and visiting the range for target practice.
