Himmelman Construction (Himmelman), is excited to announce they are teaming up
with Swan Dive Design Studios to build Relish, the new World Class food Hall and
pickleball club in Louisville, Colorado!
The food hall will feature a coffee shop, a bar, and 8 local chefs and their pickleball club
will include 19 indoor and 2 outdoor courts. This will be the largest pickleball facility
that Colorado has seen and will include high ceilings, professional grade lighting and
cushioned courts, permanent nets, and sound mitigation to contribute towards the
finest pickleball experience for the people of Louisville and the surrounding area. In
addition, there will also be a pro shop and an amazing patio with an outdoor fireplace.
The Founders have been devoted to the mission of creating an outstanding venue for all
ages to gather for leisure and planned occasions. They have involved credited
professionals for all aspects of the building plan and Himmelman is looking forward to
making the vision come to life.
