LAKEWOOD, Colorado — Himmelman Construction, Inc. (Himmelman), a privately held commercial General
Contractor headquartered in Lakewood, Colorado, announced today the completion of Phase 1 of an interior
renovation for Summit County’s main library located in Frisco, Colorado. Himmelman has been awarded Phase
2 which will include an extensive interior renovation for Summit County’s north branch library located in
Silverthorne, Colorado. Design services are being provided by Denver-based Vega Architecture.
