With a focus on community and multi-use functionality, the main level features a 348-seat worship auditorium, providing ample space for congregation activities, along with a lobby area and gathering/refreshment spaces designed to foster fellowship and connection among attendees.

The lower level is specifically tailored for youth programs, housing six classrooms, a nursery, and a toddler room. The presence of multiple gathering and youth rooms allows for various activities, classes, and events to take place simultaneously.

The project was further enhanced by the inclusion of a 160-space parking lot, ensuring accessibility for attendees, alongside meticulous site development over 11 acres. The landscaping plan for this project adhered to Douglas County’s regulations and long-term water use and sustainability, utilizing native tree and shrub species found in the Colorado foothills.
