Phase I / 8,000 Square Feet
The Northwest Campus is affectionately titled “The Farm” due to its prior history as farmland and plans to convert some of the space into an agricultural learning environment for the students. This campus is a separate active campus. This phase was completed to locate 80 students and 12 teachers in an expanded space while Phase II was being built. It included full site development, four modular classrooms, administrative offices, a playground, and a canopy common area.

Phase II / 3-Story, 45,000 Square Feet
The South Campus included eight classrooms, multiple administration rooms, a library, a great room, a warming kitchen, three playgrounds, and a 3-acre farming and picnic area. It also included high-end finishes such as unique board form concrete, sky lighting, vaulted ceilings with exposed structural wood members, and pre-manufactured wood trusses. The roof is a pitched standing seam metal roof, a high-end roofing system chosen by the Owner for its longevity, low maintenance, and high aesthetic quality.
