Himmelman successfully converted an existing office building into an assembly E education facility, transforming it into a functional and modern space for learning. The renovation included essential mechanical and electrical upgrades to meet the needs of the new facility. Additionally, new paint, flooring, and drywall were installed throughout the building, giving the space a fresh, contemporary look. A voice evacuation fire alarm system was also installed to ensure the safety of all occupants.

The newly renovated facility includes 12 classrooms, a computer room, two kitchenette lunch areas, a commons area, a nursing room, and an 18,000 square foot childcare space, alongside various other common areas designed for collaboration and community.

The Goodwill Excel Center, a tuition-free adult charter high school, serves adult learners who are working to complete their high school education.
