Michael Marquez

Superintendent

Michael brings nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He earned a degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. Michael began his career as an electrician wiring homes for Centex and Richmond Homes, later advancing to Superintendent, where he worked on both multifamily and custom single-family homes.

He has since expanded his experience by founding his own company, delivering a wide range of projects including commercial buildings, civil and retail ground-up construction, off-grid custom homes, and K–12 schools. His portfolio also includes work on notable projects such as Taco Bell, 7-Eleven, car washes, and turbine installations at Williams Fork Dam in Granby, Colorado.

Outside of work

Michael enjoys fishing, hunting, and chasing elk and deer. He is a proud grandfather of 14 and is married to his high school sweetheart. He values time with his family and expresses gratitude each day for the life he has built.
