Center for the Arts Evergreen is a 6,000-square-foot 2-story addition to the existing historic arts building that was built in 1920. At completion, the project will have private studios for local artists to lease along with artist gathering areas and a new studio dedicated to pottery and ceramics. The site surrounding the Center will have a new parking lot, underground stormwater detention, new landscaping, and an amphitheater for outdoor concerts and artist presentations.
