The project involved the comprehensive renovation of an existing worship sanctuary, transforming it into a state-of-the-art performing arts center. This included the installation of cutting-edge performance lighting and speakers to enhance the acoustics and overall experience. Additionally, the interior renovation encompassed new lighting, flooring, and paint throughout classrooms and offices to modernize and refresh the space. Four ADA-compliant restrooms were added, complete with plumbing and mechanical systems, ensuring accessibility. The project also included updates to the cafeteria, improving both functionality and aesthetics.

The school remained fully occupied throughout the construction process, so Himmelman made sure to keep all work areas secured and prioritized the safety of staff and students.
